You can do it even quicker by replacing the magnet with an extention in the socket, and putting a rag under the valve, and just hit the extension/socket with a dead blow hammer and they will fall out. I use a compression tester adapter to fill the cylinder with compressed air, it has a valve on it so i dont even have to leave it hooked to the compressor since it only takes a few mins.

This is done by pressurizing the cylinder with air through an adapter using a compressor to supply the air (through the spark plug hole on a gas engine. I use a compression tester adapter to fill the cylinder with compressed air, it has a valve on it so i dont even have to leave it hooked to the compressor since it only takes a few mins.

I use a rope as well, if you do use air and loose pressure the valve can drop, but if you have a standard and can roll the engine so the piston is up and then put the car in gear and put the emergency brake on that works to with air, in an auto as soon as you put the air on the piston is forced down, then tapping on the valve keepers can pop the valve off its seat.

Once they are free, slowly release the tool until the spring is fully uncompressed. I know i can chang e the cams no problem but what about the valve springs?i dont wnat to remove the head because i just put it together any ideas how i can do that, maybe there is some wierdf specialty tool?

Do one cylinder at a time.
