Ducati sells a street version of a motorbike with a racing machine for Rp. 641 million

Jakarta

Ducati has finally sold one of the motorcycles with racing engine specifications, namely the Panigale V4 SP2. The motor with this racing engine is valued at £34,295 or around Rp. 641 million.

Quoted from motorcyclenews, this street racing version from Ducati is built from the 1.103 cc Ducati V4 Desmosedici Stradale model which is basically from the V4R. However, the motorbike called Panigale V4 SP2 has been designed to be able to run as fast as possible, but is still comfortable to ride even on public roads.

The advantages of the Panigale V4 SP2 cannot be separated from the use of lighter materials, which makes it have high performance but on the other hand it is still comfortable to drive. This weight reduction cannot be separated from the use of carbon fiber on various sides.

In addition, the Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 also chooses to use a World Super Bike (WSB) racing motorcycle chain, so it can cut weight by up to 5 kg compared to the V4S.

Regarding the propulsion engine, the Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 still carries the same engine as the 2022 V4S, an engine capable of delivering up to 212 bhp of power. Now for racing motorcycle lovers, Ducati recommends using an Akrapovic titanium exhaust so that it can be up to 5 kg lighter and increase performance to 12 bhp.

Changes to the Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 also lie in the clutch system, the STM-EVO. This clutch system allows the rider to avoid slipping, so the transmission shift will be more aggressive than the standard model.

Regarding the legs, this Ducati road racing motorbike carries a semi-active Ohlins electronic suspension with top kit specifications. The security system is also claimed to be safer with the use of a pair of Brembo Stylema R calipers and MCS radial master cylinder.

Don’t forget the GPS system is also inserted, so that anyone who drives it can easily find out how fast they are moving, and can be used as data for analysis.
