Seiji suggested some 7-Eleven menus to be consumed while dieting. First, Ganmo Bar, which is processed tofu in the form of sticks that are seasoned. Ganmo Bar contains 10 grams of protein and comes in a variety of flavors.

When he wants to eat salad, Seiji usually buys a salad filled with cheese, salami, and prosciutto at 7-Eleven. According to him, this salad is delicious and contains a small amount of carbohydrates, only 1.8 grams.

But if you want more fiber intake, Seiji chooses to buy a salad filled with lettuce and seaweed. Sauce ‘dressing’ in the form of garlic and sesame oil adds to the enjoyment of the taste. This salad contains only 3.2 grams of carbohydrates.

7-Eleven’s salt-marinated grilled mackerel is also a mainstay of Seiji’s menu. This menu is delicious, practical, and the bonus is that it only contains 0.2 grams of carbohydrates.
