Electric Car ‘Sultan’ Jaguar I-Pace Launched in RI, Price of Almost Rp 3 Billion!

After waiting since last month, PT JLM Auto Indonesia has finally officially launched an electric car Jaguar I-Pace in the country, Tuesday (25/10/2022). The premium vehicle that carries the SUV style is presented to consumers from the rich, not the sane.

Marketing Director of PT JLM, Irvino Edwardly said that his party had long wanted to present the Jaguar I-Pace in Indonesia. Because, in addition to using environmentally friendly technology, the vehicle has an eye-catching appearance.

“Jaguar is serious about supporting electrification efforts in Indonesia. That’s the reason we present I-Pace for consumers who want to experience high-performance electric vehicles,” said Irvino Edwardly at the product launch in BSD City, South Tangerang.

He explained that the Jaguar I-Pace that entered Indonesia only came through a choice of variants, namely the P400. The vehicle is claimed to have a modern look that is not found in electric cars in general.

On the face, the Jaguar I-Pace uses a minimalist grille with a medium size, narrow headlamps or headlights with split accents, while the new ‘Jaguar’ logo is installed right in the middle of the grille, not the hood.

Shifting to the middle, everything is made simple and elegant like other modern cars. Then the rear is designed a bit boxy like a sedan whose ‘tail’ is slightly trimmed. The vehicle also uses a sophisticated door knob that must be pressed before opening.

The manufacturer provides the I-Pace with a Meridian 11 speaker sound system and a dual channel subwoofer with 400W amplifier. In addition, there is an entertainment screen with touchscreen technology in the wheelhouse area. Unfortunately, not explained with certainty, how much size.
