Honda CBR1000RR-R SP Fireblade Special Edition Sold in Indonesia, Price Reach Rp 1 Billion


The 30 year edition of the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP is officially marketed in Indonesia. With a number of updates and special livery, this big motorbike can be redeemed by Indonesian automotive lovers at a price of Rp. 1.058 billion.

As a supersport motorbike, the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP still carries an aerodynamic and aggressive design in order to get downforce maximum when accelerating, braking and maneuvering. There is even a winglet adopted from the Honda RC213V to keep the bike stable when accelerating or speeding when exiting corners.

The DNA of racing motorbikes is also reflected in the use of Air-ram Duct (air holes) at the front which functions to circulate fresh air directly to the airbox. The inside of the intake air duct has been redesigned for increased performance at medium engine speeds.

The fuel tank cover remains ergonomically designed, so that the rider can get the most ideal position to reduce wind resistance.

The main chassis of the CBR1000RR-R SP uses aluminum material, embracing the engine better to improve driving agility.

The Honda CBR1000RR-R SP 30th Anniversary was first introduced at the EICMA event, Milan in 2021 ago. The latest, the wheelbase (wheelbase) which was previously 1,455 mm, is now made longer, which is 1,460 mm. This is because the rear sprocket has added 3 teeth (from 40 to 43), to increase acceleration when needed at mid-speed. This longer wheelbase also makes improvements to the stability side of driving at high speeds.

Its great power is supported by 330mm Brembo Dual Front Disc Brake Radial 4 piston braking. While the rear uses a 220mm 2 piston Brembo brake device.

  • Throttle by wire: gas opening system via electrical wire
  • Sensor IMU (Inertia Measurement Unit) and Honda Electronic Steering Damper three modes (hard, medium, and soft); serves to increase driving stability at high speeds and cornering.
  • Three Riding Modes: Each mode adjusts for power (1-5), HSTC torque control (1-9), engine brake (1-3), wheelie control (1-3), and suspension (1-3 ).
  • Wheelie control: prevents the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP from lifting the front tire because it accelerates too fast
  • Rear lift control: eliminates rear wheel lift due to braking too deep
  • Start mode: This system maintains a constant engine speed (rpm) during starting, allowing the driver to concentrate on clutch operation for optimal starting.
  • Assist & Slipper Clutch: lighter clutch operation and eliminates the effect of tire locking when engine brakes occur due to gear reduction.
  • Quick Shifter: makes shifting gears up and down faster and without excessive effort.
  • Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) Device: There are two modes to choose from. Sport Mode for road use, and Track mode for circuit use which increases braking force.
