CHELSEA is reportedly preparing to corner playmaker Frenkie de Jong before being recruited by Manchester United (MU) from Barcelona.
The 25-year-old is currently discussing personal terms with United after Barcelona and United agreed a fee of 65 million euros. Chelsea actually continues to monitor the situation of this central midfielder in case his move to Manchester United fails.
The Blues manager Thomas Tuchel is said to admire the Dutch national team player who actually wants to play in the Champions League next season which will not be followed by Manchester United.

If de Jong remains reluctant to move to Old Trafford, then Chelsea will switch to hunting for this player and if successful it will become the biggest player hijacking in the Premier League.
