Striker Romelu Lukaku is reportedly not going to be brought by Inter Milan when they meet Fiorentina in the 11th week of Serie A at the Artemio Franchi Stadium, Florence, Sunday (23/10) early morning WIB.
Quoted from Italian Football, Friday (21/10), Lukaku is reported to have attended a training session with the Inter squad. Even so, coach Simone Inzaghi is reluctant to rush to involve the Belgian striker in competitive matches.
Lukaku is reportedly continuing to work on his return to full fitness and has the ambition to help Inter in all competitions before the competition is suspended due to the 2022 World Cup break, next November.

This season, Lukaku has only made two appearances in Serie A, contributing one goal and one assist each from a total of 227 minutes played.
In the third match of Serie A this season, when Inter Milan contra Lazio, Lukaku had to be withdrawn in the 69th minute replaced by Edin Dzeko due to a muscle injury he suffered.
Lukaku is known to have joined Inter from Chelsea in the transfer market last summer on loan for a full season without a purchase option.
Inter reportedly had to pay a fee of 12 million euros, or around Rp. 187 billion, including additional performance and bonuses to bring the player born in Antwrep, Belgium.
In addition, Lukaku reportedly received a 30% reduction in salary from what he received at Chelsea in order to join the Giuseppe Meazza in the transfer window last summer, while Inter were helped by a tax cut as long as the deal was completed on 30 June.
Lukaku hopes that he can repeat the success with Inter like in the 2020/21 season when they were able to come out as champions of Serie A.
In that season, Lukaku made 36 Serie A appearances and scored 24 goals, a far cry from when he played for Chelsea last season, when the former Everton man scored 8 goals in 26 Premier League games. (Ant/OL-1)
