MARSEILLE succeeded in picking up three points, after bending Nice 2-1 in the 29th Ligue 1 match, at the Stade Velodrome, Monday (21/3) early morning WIB.
Arkadiusz Milik and Cedric Bakambu scored two goals for the hosts before Nice cut the deficit through Mario Lemina’s goal in injury time.
The victory made Marseille occupy second place with 53 points. They are one point clear of Rennes in third place. Meanwhile, Nice remain in fourth position with 52 points.

Marseille’s first goal was only created in the 45+4 minute through Arkadiusz’s penalty kick into the bottom left corner, after Jean-Clair Todibo had knocked out Cengiz Under. The score became 1-0.
Marseille scored again in the 89th minute. Gerson crossed into the penalty box, which Cedric Bakambu headed into Walter Daniel Ben’tez’s goal. The hosts are 2-0 up.
Nice scored a consolation goal in injury time or to be precise in the 90+2 minute. Mario Lemina scored with a header after finishing off Justin Kluivert’s cross.
