The Brazilian National Team Doesn’t Want to Take lightly the Swiss National Team

Five-time world champion Brazil does not want to underestimate the opposing teams in the Qatar 2022 World Cup group stage. In Group G, Brazil are with Serbia, Switzerland and Cameroon.

Although on paper Team Samba is seeded, coach Adenor Leonardo Bacchi is wary of potential surprises. The reason is, teams like Switzerland were successful in qualifying and had a hand in bringing down Italy, which ultimately did not qualify.

Meanwhile, Serbia also had time to hinder Portugal, although in the end Cristiano Ronaldo et al managed to get out of the eye of the needle and strolled to Qatar. Cameroon is also a strong team in Africa.

“We are talking about the elimination of Italy and Portugal’s struggle at the hands of Switzerland and Serbia,” said the coach who is familiarly called Tite.

“They are world class, high level so we also have to play at a high level,” added Tite. (AFP/Dhk/OL-09)
